Hi there - I’m Tom. And I’ve been Senior Commercial Finance Manager, at Warburtons for 4 years.

It’s a really very varied job. I get to work with different areas of the business such as Innovation, Marketing and Customer Teams - supporting the financial side of things. This variety means every day different and means there’s always a new challenge for me.

The culture within Warburtons is different to anywhere else that I’ve worked. It’s a unique mix of being professional but at the same time a very friendly and supportive place to work. One thing that really stands out in my time here was setting up our internal finance for non-finance course. It was a great learning experience for me and the course received a great response from everyone who took it.

I’d recommend to anyone that they think about a career here. Commercial finance roles are a great opportunity to broaden yourself as a finance professional and really get involved the business. And what a great business to be involved in!
