“I started working at Warburtons in a temporary role, packing our bread in the bakery and when an opportunity became available to work in the Hygiene team and I applied. I have been a permanent member of the Hygiene team for 18 months now!
Before joining Warburtons, I worked for a stationery company packing products and as an office assistant for a dairy. I was attracted to Warburtons because there are so many opportunities, the training is great, and so is the pay!
The best thing about working here is the friendly team around me, they’re a great bunch of people.

"I joined Warburtons in 2021 after working in the steel industry from the age of 18. When COVID hit my hours were reduced and a family member said I should apply for a Team Member role at Warburtons -- so I did! I currently work in production and find the hours on shift work well for me and family life.
I really enjoy a challenge and the different tasks I get involved with every day, I'm never bored! I work in a supportive environment where people help to develop you, everyone listens and you can put ideas and suggestions forward. I feel like I belong here and I'm not just a number.
