The role is responsible for creating and managing rota schedules across all Distribution teams, coordinating vehicle availability and route allocations to support efficient operations. This includes maintaining the Fleet Management System, ensuring all driver and vehicle data is accurate, compliant, and up to date. The postholder will support training and development activities across the Distribution team, build strong working relationships with external providers, and provide administrative and coordination support to the wider operation. The role will also involve compiling compliance and performance reports for the site leadership team.
Our Port Talbot Depot is Warburton’s only Welsh site, nestled alongside the M4 motorway with easy access and is less than 10 miles Swansea centre. We operate 30 delivery routes every day which zigzag their way across half of Wales (i.e. from St Davids to Newport and Cardiff to Aberystwyth).
