One of our newest sites - and already one of our biggest - Banbury has quickly become a key part of our network. Since opening in 2021, it’s grown into our largest standalone distribution centre, delivering around 1.35 million units every week across 50+ routes.
Right at the centre of it all, Banbury also plays a vital role as our largest X-Dock operation, keeping products flowing smoothly across the wider network with around 70+ deliveries every day.
But what really sets Banbury apart is its journey. Built from the consolidation of two sites, it’s evolved rapidly-growing its team, strengthening its operation and building a culture that puts people first. Today, with 200+ colleagues, it’s a site focused on developing capability, supporting each other and continuously improving how things are done.
Led by a visible and hands-on leadership team, Banbury is all about doing things the right way, whether that’s investing in training, improving facilities, or empowering colleagues to speak up and shape the site’s future.
With major improvement projects underway and a clear focus on what comes next, Banbury isn’t just growing—it’s finding its stride.
