Today, Newburn sits at the heart of our Gluten Free range, producing around 450,000 units every week for customers across the UK and beyond. From loaves and rolls to newer favourites like pittas, the team here plays a key role in making sure more people can enjoy our products, whatever their dietary needs.
With over 140 colleagues on site, there’s a strong focus on quality, innovation and continuous improvement. The team has helped deliver category-leading products and award-winning ranges, building a reputation as the UK’s No.1 Free From bakery brand.
