Enfield is one of our largest and most well-established bakeries, playing a central role in both manufacturing and distribution across the South. Since opening in 2003, the site has grown significantly, now running multiple bread and crumpet plants alongside a distribution network that supports five depots and serves around 3,000 customers every day.
With over 440 colleagues on site, Enfield brings together a rich mix of experience, skills and backgrounds, with more than 40 nationalities represented. It’s a busy, diverse and collaborative environment, where manufacturing and distribution work closely together to keep standards high and the network running smoothly.
The site has seen major investment in recent years, improving both capability and working conditions, while ongoing projects continue to drive efficiency, quality and engagement.
