Centre is the name we give to our headquarters in Bolton, only a stone’s throw from where the original Warburtons bakery began, in 1876. Now a complex of modern buildings alongside our flagship Bolton Bakery, Centre is home to teams such as Finance, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, IT and the first faces you’ll if you’re thinking of joining us - the People team.
As the operating base for our now sixth-generation family bakery, it’s where big decisions are shaped, strategies are baked, and the future of the brand is carefully planned.
It’s also home to our fabulous Research & Innovation building, complete with development bakery and quality control lab, which helps us keep one step ahead of the competition and make sure Warburtons products are never beaten on quality.
