• Function: Warehouse Operations
• Contract: Full time, Permanent
• Hours: 4 on 4 off incorporating days and nights (4 days on, 4 off and 4 nights on, 4 off)
• Salary: £658.49 per week

Essential Ingredients

• Willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG.
• Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy.
• Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others.
• Demonstrates attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety

The Recipe

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety First: You will take responsibility for putting safety first and always behave in a manner that ensures your own safety and that of others.
• Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
• Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
• Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
• Quality Products: You will adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.

At Warburtons, we believe in investing in our people. You will be supported with full induction and ongoing training from our in-house teams. Your knowledge of basic warehouse operations and transport legislation will be key for a smooth and safe day.

Located in the heart of Lancashire is the home of our delicious Crumpets, Pancakes, and Potato Cakes and other freshly baked products that are produced and distributed from our Burnley Bakery. With approximately 360 colleagues, working across 7 manufacturing plants and on a variety of different shift patterns, we operate 363 days of the year running 24 hours a day.
