Help us grow our brand where it matters most - in store.
We’re looking for an Instore Sales Territory Manager to take ownership of a key Central, East and North London patch . The territory includes Holloway, Hackney, Stratford, Canning Town, Dagenham, Ilford, Forest Gate, Isle of Dogs, Beckton, Walthamstow and more. If you enjoy being out in the field, building strong retailer relationships and ensuring products are executed brilliantly on shelf, this role offers the ideal balance of autonomy, impact and pace.
As an Instore Sales Territory Manager, you’ll manage a territory of approximately 200 customers, planning your own diary around sales opportunity and customer priority to drive growth in store. You’ll be responsible for:
• Delivering targeted daily visits across the Multiples, High Street and Convenience Channels.
• Executing commercial plans with excellence, driving availability, promotions, POS and compliance.
• Using data and insight to prioritise activity and focus on the biggest opportunities.
• Leading NPD launches, supporting range reviews and landing planograms in store.
• Building strong relationships with Store and Area Managers, Trading Managers and store owners.
• Accurately recording activity using our field tools (tablet provided).
• Working flexibly within a supportive Divisional team, while remaining highly self motivated in a remote role.
You’ll have clear ownership of your territory and play a vital role in strengthening our brand presence on shelf.
