Contract: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm)
Salary: £43,700 - £51,000 plus LA - £3,300

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Hygiene Team Manager to join our Enfield Bakery.
As a key member of the Management Team, you'll lead and inspire our hygiene function, championing world-class hygiene and food safety standards while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and people development across the site.

Enfield is one of our largest and most well-established bakeries, playing a central role in both manufacturing and distribution across the South. Since opening in 2003, the site has grown significantly, now running multiple bread and crumpet plants alongside a distribution network that supports five depots and serves around 3,000 customers every day.
