"I’m Oscar – an Engineering Apprentice at Warburtons and I’ve been here for over 3 years.

My role involves fixing and maintaining plant equipment, I really enjoy it. Warburton’s has fantastic opportunities for apprentices with a supportive network of learning and development. I really enjoy project work – I once linked all 6 metal detectors on bread plant via Ethernet and then connected them to the network by installing conduit and cables.

The best thing about working for Warburtons is that I love the people I work with – the engineering team are amazing to work with and I learn something new from them every day.

My all time favourite product is the White Farmhouse Loaf.
